Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including receiving stock, displays, and customer service excellence. You will lead a team, manage openings and closings, and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. A minimum of two years in management is preferred.

You will drive sales through effective merchandising, staff supervision, and ongoing training, while ensuring inventory integrity and compliance with store policies. Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Set up and maintain displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Oversee daily activities of associates and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Execute the market plan and inventory integrity processes.
