Five Below is looking for a store leadership professional to manage daily operations and drive sales. You will oversee stock, displays, opening/closing duties, and staff on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Plans and maintains displays; ensures accurate signage and promos per guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash handling and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; oversees store operations and staff performance.
• Oversees daily activities of associates; ensures excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes the market plan; maintains inventory integrity and promo displays.
