• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to place items on sales floor.
• Manages displays and signage following corporate guidelines and seasonal updates.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures including cash handling and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Supervises daily activities of store associates and provides training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
