Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, cash handling, and customer service in a busy retail setting. You will supervise associates, participate in onboarding, and ensure displays align with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure
• Creative thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor
• Sets up and maintains displays; ensures signage and promotions follow corporate guidelines
• Manages opening/closing the store; handles cash, locks, alarms for daily operations
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and ensures customer service excellence
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on store policies and procedures
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated promotional materials
• Ensures proper execution of Inventory Integrity process
