Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on an hourly basis to oversee stock receiving, displays, and daily store operations. You will lead associates, train new team members, and ensure excellent customer service while maximizing sales.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of management experience, and strong communication skills. Availability includes day/evening/weekend shifts, with potential overnight hours and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing urgent issues.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Executes marketing plans by arranging products and signage per guidelines and ensuring Inventory Integrity.
