Five Below, a fast-growing retail chain in the United States, seeks a capable Store Manager to oversee daily operations, stock handling, merchandising, and signage updates in line with company guidelines. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, lead store associates, train new hires, and ensure exceptional customer service while controlling expenses and executing the market plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages displays, signage, and promotions per corporate resets.
• Opens/closes the store; secures cash, doors, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and leads store operations and staff.
• Oversees onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes the market plan; updates product layouts and promotional materials.
