Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, including cash handling, locks, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Helps oversee daily activities of all store associates and provides training on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process.
