Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, cash handling, and the customer experience, while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and security protocols.

You will manage a team of associates, mentor training, and drive sales through effective displays and promotions, balancing service with efficiency to deliver WOW moments for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays following guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, cash handling, and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes promotions and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
