Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member in the United States. The role supports opening/closing the store, supervising associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and executing the market plan to boost sales and maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and leads staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and reinforces store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and monitors expenses for profitability.
