Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking an experienced retail manager to oversee daily store operations, open/close procedures, and staff performance. You will ensure accurate merchandising, promotions, and customer service while driving store sales and maintaining inventory integrity.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays, ensures accurate signage and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service excellence.
• Executes market plan with proper product placement and updated signage.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
