Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Leader to oversee receiving, stocking, displays, and daily operations. You'll manage opening/closing, cash handling, and staff experiences while ensuring customer service and efficient merchandising.

Role requires 2+ years in management and strong communication. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, on-site work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to corporate guidelines for promotions and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance and service quality.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan with products and signage per corporate guidelines and updates promotions.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process.
