Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store leadership professional in Rogers, AR. This hourly role oversees stock receiving, displays, and daily opening/closing procedures, serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will guide associates on policies, product knowledge, and customer service to support fast-paced store operations. The position requires at least 2 years of management experience and strong communication, with flexibility for day, evening, weekend, and possibly overnight shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement on sales floor.
• Setting up and maintaining displays per store sections and promotions per guidelines.
• Handling opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acting as Manager on Duty when needed with store operations and staff management.
• Overseeing daily activities of store associates and ensuring customer service quality.
• Assisting onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Driving store sales and controlling expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executing market plans with product and signage updates per corporate guidelines.
