Five Below in Jacksonville, AR is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations on a full-time, hourly basis. You will oversee staff, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold company standards.

You will manage receiving, displays, openings/closings, and training, ensuring accurate signage, promotions, and inventory integrity while following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and accurate signage per promotions.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training of new hires.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes the market plan and maintains inventory integrity per guidelines.
