Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays per guidelines and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing duties including securing cash, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily associate activities and performance.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Executes the market plan with signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures inventory integrity processes are followed.
