Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages store displays, signage accuracy, and promotions per corporate resets.
• Handles opening/closing duties, cash security, doors, and alarms for smooth operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing staff and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and provides training on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and controls expenses per plan.
• Executes the market plan with product layouts and promotional signage, maintaining inventory integrity.
