Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick sales floor placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing store duties, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms for smooth operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff performance.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plans with proper product arrangements and updated signage.
