Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members wow customers with personal service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor merchandising up to date.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
