Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash handling and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, guiding store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Executes the market plan with product placement and promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
