Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager at the Pitt-Waterfront, PA store. You will lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines, to ensure a customer-ready store environment with strong planning and stocking accuracy.

You will drive pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and visual standards while coaching team members and maintaining SOP adherence. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to maintain store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold service standards and operational continuity.
• Oversee truck execution, in-stock optimization, and replenishment accuracy to keep shelves stocked.
