Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Part Time Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising and store operations at the Pitt-Waterfront location. You will drive planogram execution, pricing accuracy, and promotional activities while ensuring a customer-ready environment and adherence to SOPs.

You’ll manage workload planning, inventory routines, and floor leadership, coordinating with store leadership to align staffing with business needs and to minimize shrink through proactive asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and merchandising within a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain customer-ready environment.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram execution.
• Oversee stock movement, checks, and store integrity.
