The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Full-Time Merchandising Manager in Munhall, PA. This role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions.

You will lead workload planning, stock movement, planogram compliance, and a customer‑ready store environment while coaching team members and maintaining asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong merchandising knowledge with planogram and visual standards focus.
• Experience maintaining pricing integrity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs for compliance and store performance.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards and continuity.
• Oversee truck execution, unloads, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Manage in‑stock levels, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness via SOPs.
