Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience enforcing SOPs, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unpacking, sorting, and merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold service standards.
