You will lead SOP adherence, store conditions, and daily task prioritization, with 3+ years retail leadership. This position requires staying customer-ready and coordinating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and enforce SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with in-store merchandising and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, in-stock levels, replenishment and floor flow.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory accuracy, pricing changes, and sign-age compliance.
• Execute Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and develop team members.
