Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and company programs; ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution; unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution; maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, product integrity, and pricing accuracy.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and Ship-from-Store fulfillment; process RTVs/ASN receiving.
• Manage store damages procedures; train and coach team members; support Asset Protection.
