Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of SOPs and store procedures.
• Experience with pricing, promotions, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrink prevention.
• Coordinate ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
