• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Maintain clean, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory accuracy, movement, and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets and price changes on time.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
