Job summary

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through robust workload planning and inventory control. Key duties include leading truck execution, maintaining stock visibility, and coordinating with leadership to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to optimize stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure correct merchandising sets and schedules.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
