Job summary

Five Below is looking for a store leadership candidate in the United States (Bay City area) to oversee daily operations, inventory, and merchandising. You will serve as Manager on Duty, lead a team of associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining company standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring signage and promotions follow corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing of the store including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
