Job summary

Michaels Stores seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions while maintaining a customer-ready store environment and strong workload planning.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, providing MOD coverage, managing truck execution, and overseeing Planogram and in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and planogram sets.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership on the floor.
• Lead Ship from Store fulfillment and inventory control processes.
• Execute ad sets, ensure proper signage and product placement.
