Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at the store level in the United States.

You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution, while maintaining a customer-ready environment. You will lead workload planning, in-stock optimization, and staff development across departments, with emphasis on store conditions, shrink reduction,

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing and promotions.
• Experience maintaining store standards and customer readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Lead planogram sets and visual standards to company expectations.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee pricing changes, ad sets and promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving processes.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
