Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening or closing the store, including cash handling, security, and daily operations readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
