Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on a full-time, hourly basis to lead daily store operations and guest experiences in our Arizona location. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, and display execution, ensure proper opening/closing procedures, and act as Manager on Duty to support staff and drive sales.

The role emphasizes high-energy leadership, people development, and adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, vendor signage, and seasonal updates.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and customer service.
