Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations in Arizona. You will oversee stock receiving, displays, openings/closings, and customer service while coaching associates and maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles opening/closing duties, cash handling, door security, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
