Gap is seeking an Assistant Manager in Honolulu to drive profitable store sales while coaching a dynamic team. You will oversee customer operations, merchandising and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

This role partners with the GM to execute the store strategy and grow leadership capability. You will recruit and develop Brand Associates and Experts, promote omni-channel initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to lead teams.
• Comfort with retail technology and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales growth.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Lead service and omni-channel initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Travel as required and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
