Gap is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store and lead a high-performing team, driving profitable sales through customer-centric service, merchandising, and operations. You will coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategy, manage daily tasks, uphold brand standards, and utilize omni-channel tools to create a seamless shopping journey for guests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop store staff and leads.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and stay informed on retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel for a frictionless experience.
