Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and talent development, in collaboration with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will recruit and coach brand teams, own your area of responsibility, and ensure SOPs are followed while representing the brand in a competitive retail landscape.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
