Gap is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store, leading the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development, guiding execution of the store strategy with the General Manager.

You will coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team, emphasize omni-channel shopping, ensure compliance, and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A good communicator with customers and team.
• Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer focus and operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement efficiency plans.
• Lead Service Leader duties and ensure SOP compliance.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experience.
