Job summary

Target Optical Wesley Chapel is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise daily operations, ensure store presentation and implement sales strategies to meet brand goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in retail or customer service, and strong leadership, recruiting and development skills. You will manage schedules, payroll and coaching conversations to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding guest experience with every guest, every time by coaching and modeling brand standards.
• Sets clear expectations for being Guest Ready and delivers timely feedback.
• Creates schedules based on business trends, forecast and guest traffic.
• Owns the business and adjusts schedules to meet business need.
• Manages payroll and completes new hire and personnel change paperwork.
• Develops action plans for immediate and future development with Team Members.
