Job summary

Target Optical is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager in Wesley Chapel, FL to lead a team delivering an outstanding guest experience and meet brand goals. You will manage schedules, coaching, merchandising, and store operations to ensure a wow experience for guests.

You will recruit and develop talent, oversee payroll and performance reviews, and drive results in collaboration with doctors and the retail team. EssilorLuxottica supports a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for results.
• Strong problem-solving and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, every time, by modeling and coaching the brand playground rules.
• Create and adjust schedules to meet guest traffic and store needs.
• Oversee payroll, new hire paperwork, and personnel changes on a weekly basis.
• Foster collaboration with optical doctors and the retail team to grow the business.
