Responsibilities

• Lead a team of high performing Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Set clear expectations for being guest ready.
• Develop action plans for team development.
• Hold Team Members accountable for their plans and commitments.
• Provide timely feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain store policies, merchandising, and promotions.
• Build relationships with Target Optical doctors where applicable.
