POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Tysons Corner to lead all aspects of the store, drive exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team. You will own store performance, visual merchandising, inventory control, and daily operations while delivering the premium POP MART shopping experience.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, a focus on KPIs, and the ability to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.

• Lead overall store performance including sales, payroll, expenses and profitability.
• Drive customer experience through engaging, knowledgeable service and brand advocacy.
• Own daily store operations with scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
• Represent the POP MART brand in the community and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 10% for store openings, meetings, training, or international collaboration.
