POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Tysons Corner to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising aligned with POP MART’s premium brand.

You will develop team members, foster a customer-first culture, and oversee duties from training to performance development.

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and safety.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and promotional initiatives.
