Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Tysons Corner location. You will lead all aspects of the store, drive exceptional customer experience, and develop a high-performing team to achieve breakthrough results.

The role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires a hands-on leader who can manage visual merchandising, inventory, and daily operations while upholding POP MART's premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
• Own the store's financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Lead execution of product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and brand representation.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll management, cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
