The role requires 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for pop culture. Evening/weekend availability and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management in high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet sales KPI targets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coaching skills.
• Experience with visual merchandising and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's financial performance including sales and payroll.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of store staff.
• Drive customer experience and brand representation in-store.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and store operations daily.
• Execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
