POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tysons Corner to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, supervise daily operations, and ensure POP MART’s premium brand standards are reflected in all activities. You will coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and help execute launches and campaigns while maintaining a customer-first culture across the store and local

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop brand associates and sales leads through coaching and feedback.
Deliver exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and cash management.
Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
