Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and match alphanumeric characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• ASE Certification desirable; completion of training programs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team members in professional and retail operations.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and electronic systems usage.
• Monitor gross profit and KPI dashboard; review P&L with store manager.
