Qualified candidates will bring leadership, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of automotive parts; bilingual capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; support pay increases.
• Monitor safety and ensure training across the team.
• Participate in interviews and selection of qualified team members.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
• Develop and communicate KPI and P&L insights with store manager.
