Position Type: Full-Time; Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week. Starting wage: $31.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures customer service guidelines are followed and interactions with customers and coworkers are appropriate.
