ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations with hands-on leadership experience. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and prior management experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions.
• Communicates and interacts effectively with ALDI personnel, customers, third-party vendors, and business partners.
• Leads and supervises the team to develop sales and achieve high performance.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
