Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations and drive results through hands-on leadership. You will work side-by-side with associates, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining standards while developing your team and owning day-to-day performance.

The program prepares you to run your own store with industry-leading training and growth opportunities. Typical earnings reflect base salary plus bonus potential and a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel, communicating responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement action plans using company resources to improve results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns in coordination with the district manager.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations for advancement or termination as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures and safety regulations.
